Shrimps 1 pound
Onions 2
Garlic ginger paste 3 teaspoons
Green chillies 2
Cinnamon stick
White cloves 2
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Salt
Marinate the shrimps with turmeric and ginger garlic paste and salt for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and add cloves and cinnamon with onions and green chilies. Stir continuously. Sauté for 2 minutes and add the shrimp and mix well. Cook for a whole 5 minutes in half cup of water until the water evaporates. Add the garam masala just before removing from heat.
