Kadumbuttu : steamed rice dumplings

Rice coarsely ground, 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt

Boil water by adding a pinch of salt to it.
Add ghee and then the rice; allowing it to thicken to a paste.
Make small balls while the dough is still warm.
In a steamer, place a muslin cloth and place the small balls in the muslin cloth and cover well.
Close the lid and steam for 20 minutes.
Serve with pandi curry.
