Coorg Pork Curry

Pork 1 kg, cut into medium size piece and smeared with salt, chili powder and turmeric powder

Coarse masala

Red onions 4
Garlic 10 pods
Green chilies 5 6
Ginger piece

Powdered masala

Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Peppercorns 2 tsp
Mustard tsp

Add the ground masala and one cup of hot water to the pork and cook well.
When cooked, add masala powder.
After thorough cooking, add vinegar or kochampulli depending on your taste.
Keep the gravy thick.
Serve with kadumbuttu.
